You can search in several different ways by entering different types of criteria. Please note that in many of the search criteria you can use a wildcard (%) to retrieve data. Examples are provided below.

• Enter the beginning of a Search Criteria.
  • Entering the word Taco in the Business Name field and clicking the search button will return all businesses that start with the word Taco.
  • This search method works with all fields, except the Quadrant field.
    
• Enter parts of a Search Criteria.
  • Entering %taco% in the Business Name field and clicking the search button will return all businesses that contain the four letters "taco", in that order, in their business name.
  • Entering %restaurant in the Business Name field and clicking the search button will return all businesses that end with the the word restaurant.
  • Entering %juan tabo% in the Street Name field and clicking the search button will return all businesses with Juan Tabo in their Street Name.
  • This search method works with all fields, except the Quadrant field.
• Combine Search Criteria.
  • Entering Taco in the Business Name and 87111 in the Zip Code field will return all businesses in that zip code that begin with the word Taco.
  • Entering %taco% in the Business Name field, NE in the Quadrant field, and 871% in the Zip Code field will return all business that contain the letters taco, in that order, in their business name, that are located in the NE quadrant of the City, and have a zip code beginning with 871.
